How To Snack In ISO

Have you noticed that you spend a lot of time thinking about food especially now that we are at home more? What to eat next? What’s in the pantry? Fridge? What can I eat now? The possibilities are endless! It’s hard to stay motivated and healthy when we are all in isolation.

You might find yourself thinking about foods that you would normally not think about it. Or you are baking more because you have all this free time now that before was filled with activities and social events. Eating can be very distracting when we find ourselves stuck at home plus makes us feel good too!

So, how can you still eat your baked goodies or snacks but stay healthy at the same time? There are a lot of companies that invest a lot of time to create delicious snacks and baked goodies in a healthy way so we can indulge in cookies, donuts, chocolates and so on  ALL GUILTY FREE!

Here are some of my favourites:

Macro Mike:

They have created some pretty good baked mixes so we can enjoy a donut or two guilty free! They have created a selection of baking mixes that are not only good for your waistline but also taste AMAZING!

Final Notes

It’s important to remember that it’s ok to indulge every so often. You shouldn’t feel bad about it if you do decide to eat an unhealthy snack or donut. After all, we are all humans!

Here are just some of the alternatives you can use to stay on top of your health and fitness goals. If you are feeling a lit bit more adventures in the kitchen, you can also try to bake some goodies from scratch by using healthy ingredients. There are plenty of recipes online that you can try it out. Happy baking, snacking and eating!
